Welcome to The Trash Man! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing reliable, clean, and respectful service. Please review the following guidelines to ensure smooth garbage pickup each week.
🕒 Pickup Schedule
- Garbage is picked up between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on your scheduled service day.
- Please have your trash at the curb or location agreed upon the night before or no later than 8:00 AM on pickup day to avoid being missed.
🚮 What to Put Out
- All household trash must be bagged securely.
- Place bags in a sturdy trash can with a lid (if possible).
- Please limit to a reasonable amount unless you’ve made special arrangements.
🚫 What We Cannot Take
For the safety of our crew and proper disposal, we do not accept:
- Hazardous waste (paint, oil, chemicals)
- Construction or demolition debris
- Yard waste (unless scheduled separately)
- Large furniture or appliances (unless prearranged)

💸 Payments
- Payments are due according to your billing plan (weekly, monthly, or quarterly – depending on what you’ve selected).
- We accept: Cash, Card, or other agreed payment methods.
- A late fee may apply if payment isn’t made on time.
⚠️ Missed Pickup?
If your trash was out on time and we missed it:
- Call or text us at (706) 502-4170.
- We’ll work to resolve it as soon as possible — usually within 24 hours.
